Users of this application expressly agree, by the fact of using the system, to submit and comply with the terms and conditions stated in this section.

Intellectual Property:

The use of this application does not confer any right to it, other than the authorization for the permitted use. The ownership of the intellectual property rights of the application are and correspond exclusively to Ryder Capital, S. de R.L. de C.V. In any case the User may alter in any way the application, make reverse engineer, distribute, copy or make any use other than those uses expressly authorized, User will be subject to the liability, even criminal, that may apply.

User Obligations:

Users shall have the appropriate equipment to make use of the application and that is compatible with it, both, the characteristics of the equipment (“hardware”) or the operating systems ("Software"); as well as a connection at its own expense to the international network or "Internet" to be able to access the application. Provide the System Administrator, with all the information requested from time to time to be able to provide the service through the application. The User shall not use this application while driving a motor vehicle. It is the exclusive responsibility of the User any loss, damage, claim, injury or death is caused or resulting from the use of this application while driving a motor vehicle.

The personal data to be used are: name, email, input device and location. This information will be used for the operation of this application. By giving your data for this application you consent to such use.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

The use of this application and everything related to access by the User to the Application, at all times will be governed by the provisions of the Mexican Federal legislation. For the interpretation, execution and enforcement of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that their present or future domiciles or for any other reason may correspond.
